First party: Alice the widow, formerly wife of William the skinner, late burgess of Newcastle under Lyme.
Second party: Thomas, earl of Lancaster.
Place or subject: All her right and claim in the name of dower in a third part of a moiety of one burgage with appurtenances from the free tenement formerly William, her late husband, in the vill of Newcastle under Lyme. It lies in the lane called Dillelone between the tenement of Thomas the forester and the tenement formerly of Bennet le Mercer. For this quitclaim Thomas gave Alice 10s of silver in advance by the hands of the bailiff of Newcastle.
