Place or subject: Two plots of land lying in Meleborne [Melbourne], just as they are enclosed by ditches and hedges, called Calvercroftes. To hold to the earl and his heirs and assigns freely, quietly, well and in peace forever, doing to the chief lords of the fee the services due and accustomed.
