Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: All William's right in one mark of yearly rent which he had in the mill of Duffeld [Duffield]. In testimony of which quitclaim William handed over to Edmund the charter that he had from the gift of Robert, his father, and the confirmation of William de Ferrers, earl of Derby, made upon the same rent, to Richard de Punchardon, uncle of Robert, his father. For this quitclaim Edmund gave William 100s sterling in advance.
