Second party: Robert Foucher and Cecily, his wife.
Place or subject: One plot called le Chaumpayne Park, just as it is enclosed by a ditch and hedge, and six acres of land adjoining the park, and 172 acres of land lying in le Overhethfeld, Netherhethfeld, le Cloufeld, le Parkfeld, Nichol Ruyding and Farnal, and thirty-one acres of land lying in le Smythesfeld and Byrgounfeld, with the appurtenances in Duffeld [Duffield]. Which lands and tenements are extended at £6 18s 2½d. To hold of the earl and his heirs to Robert and Cecily and their heirs in tail freely, quietly, well and in peace, paying 20s yearly to the earl and his heirs during the whole of his life at the usual terms in the manor of Duffeld [Duffield]. If she survives Robert, Cecily and their heirs in tail are to pay £6 18s 2d at the same terms for all services and demands. If Robert and Cecily die without heirs in tail, then the premises are to revert to the earl and his heirs.
