First party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Second party: Nicholas de St Mauro, Edmund's knight.
Place or subject: The whole of Edmund's land which he had in the manor of Repindon [Repton], with the park, fishery and wood there. For his homage and service. To hold to Nicholas and his heirs in tail of Edmund and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly and peacefully, as in demesnes, rents, villeinages, woods, meadows, pastures, wards, reliefs, escheats and all other appurtenances, doing to Edmund and his heirs or assigns the service of half a knight's fee for suit of court and all service and demand. If Nicholas dies without heirs male, the manor is revert to Edmund or his heirs or assigns.
