First party: Ralph Basset of Sapecote [Sapcote].
Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: £7 of yearly rent with appurtenances from the mill of Duffeld, which Edmund has from the gift of John, his son, to whom Ralph formerly gave that rent. To hold to Edmund and his heirs or assigns freely and quietly forever, just as is contained in the charter which Edmund has from John.
County: [Derbyshire].
