Place or subject: One acre and one rood of arable land in the fee of Marchinton [Marchington], lying in width between the land of William son of Herbert on the one side, and the land of Nicholas de Janfes on the other side, and they extend from Clif to the way leading through the buildings of Henry Coc. To hold to John and his heirs or assigns of the chief lords of the fee after the decease of Margery Gingever freely, quietly, well and in peace with all liberties, free customs and easements pertaining to that land, John and his heirs rendering yearly to the chief lords of the fee after Margery's decease the services due and accustomed.
