Second party: The prior and canons of Bredon [Breedon].
Place or subject: Whereas the prior and canons of Bredon [Breedon] have shown to the earl the deed by which William de Ferrers, earl of Derby, granted them and their successors the pasture for five cows, four sheep and 120 ewes with the issue of the same sheep of one year in Hethcote in le Peek [Heathcote]. The earl, at the request of the prior and canons, has granted to them and their successors pasture for 240 sheep in the same place in allowance for the pasture of those cows, sheep, ewes or issue.
