Place or subject: Richard has quitclaimed to said earl, as if his lord, his mill of Hertindon [Hartington] situated upon the River Douve [Dove], with a pond and the affirmation thereof, and also with all kinds of suit and retinue belonging to that mill in any way, as entirely as Richard held it of the earl. To hold to the earl, his heirs and assigns forever.
