First party: Godfrey de Bello Monte [Beaumont].
Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: Five marks of annual rent with all appurtenances which Godfrey was accustomed to receive from Edmund's watermill of Bonteshale [Bonsall] from the gift and grant of William, son of William de Merle. To hold to Edmund and his heirs of the chief lords of that fee by the services due and accustomed freely, quietly, well, in peace and inheritance forever. For this grant Edmund gave Godfrey forty marks of silver.
