Place or subject: The land which was of William son of Welneth in the manor of Meleburn [Melbourne], which the abbot of Persor' [Pershore], while he was the king's escheator, previously demised at his will. To hold to William with appurtenances, and as long as they will be his, for 3s a year, payable to the king's bailiff of Melbourne to the king's use at the same terms at which he was accustomed to pay that money previously.
