First party: William, subprior, and the convent of Lenton.
Second party: William Briwerr.
Place or subject: Their dwelling house with buildings and all appurtenances which was of William de Hulmo near to the church of St Mary of Notingham [Nottingham] next to the churchyard on the north side. To hold of the subprior and convent by right of inheritance to William and his heirs forever, paying to them yearly one bezant or 2s at the Invention of the Holy Cross for all service. Because they cannot use their own seal due to lack of a prior, they have caused this grant to be reinforced by the subprior's seal and the seals of Elias the dean, Master Silvester and Robert de Muschamp [Muskham].
