Place or subject: The prior's house in Notingeh' [Nottingham] with appurtenances, which was of William de Holmo, near to the church of St Mary of Nottingham towards the north. To hold to William Briwer and his heirs in right of inheritance forever by the free service of 2s, payable yearly to the prior and convent for all service at these terms, namely 12d at Easter and 12d at Martinmas.
