Place or subject: The earl has given Henry Ludeham [Lowdham] and Brigeford [East or West Bridgford] with appurtenances in fee and inheritance. To hold to Henry and his heirs from Ranulf and his heirs by his service forever, as well and honourably as Ranulf holds his own inheritance in the vill and outside in the market, woods, plains, meadows, pastures, pools, mills, waters, fisheries, ways and paths with soke, sack, 'tol, theom and infangetheof', and with all other liberties and customs.
