First party: Henry Thoz of Warrewik [Warwick].
Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: All Henry's right and claim in certain land which he held of Edmund in Kenill' [Kenilworth], which Edmund gave in exchange to Ralph Blundel for certain land in the same vill. For 40s which Edmund gave to Henry in advance by the hands of Roger de Wardinton.
County: [Warwickshire].
