Place or subject: Because William has granted by his charter to Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster], all the lands and tenements which he had or could have in Leicester, Bronkingthorp [Bruntingthorpe] and Ayleston [Aylestone], together with the homages and services of freeholders and others, and all other things belonging to those lands and tenements, to hold to him and William's heirs and his heirs forever, as is more fully contained in the charter, William commands Robert and Adam that they make full seisin on William's behalf of all these lands and tenements.
