Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III, earl of Leicester [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: All her right and claim in a certain place of land with appurtenances which she held of Edmund in the town of Leycestre [Leicester] for the term of her life, which lies at the corner of Appellane opposite to the church of St Nicholas. To hold to Edmund and his heirs quietly of Ellen forever.
