Place or subject: One messuage which Walter has in the town of Leicester in the parish of St Mary by the gift of Nicholas Andrew, chaplain, lying between the tenement of the earl, which he has of the gift of John de Cane, on the one side, and the tenement of John de Thirngeston on the other side, and extending at one end to Gonnedych and at the other end to the highway of Leicester. To hold to the earl and his heirs or assigns of the chief lords of the fee by the services due and accustomed.
