Place or subject: The reversion of one messuage with the buildings in the town of Leicester with appurtenances, which Peter Danet and Philip, his brother, hold of Thomas by their charter for the term of their two lives, which messuage lies opposite the gate of the Austin Friars of Leicester adjoining the house of John Cat towards the west on the one side and the River Sore [Soar] on the other side. To hold to the earl and his heirs and assigns of the chief lords of the fee by the services appurtenant.
