Place or subject: Whereas Thomas, his father. by his charter granted to Thomas, earl of Lancaster and Leicester, steward of England, and his heirs the reversion of one messuage in the vill of Leicester, which Philip Danet holds for the term of his life, and he granted that messuage with the buildings and appurtenances after Philip's death with remainder to the earl and his heirs, Ralph grants the earl and his heirs and assigns the reversion and messuage with appurtenances.
