Second party: John de Forstebury.
Place or subject: Whereas John de Forsteby, the earl's huntsman, has purchased one plot of land in the town of Leicester outside the south gate lying between the tenements of Thomas Task on the one side and Alice atte Hawe on the other side, the earl has quitclaimed to him and his heirs all manner of rents and services due from that plot, except for 12d of rent a year, at the usual terms for all other services.
