Place or subject: All John's tenements which he has in the parish of St Mary, Leicester, from the gift and feoffment of Robert le Ryder of Leicester and Peter, son of John de Kent, lying between Goune Dych on the one side and the lane called Kepe Ovene Lane on the other side. And it extends in length from the High Street of Leicester to the messuage of Thomas Sauvage. To hold of the chief lords of the fee by the services due and accustomed freely, quietly, well and in peace.
