Place or subject: The homage and service of Alan Talbot and his heirs from all the lands and tenements which they hold of Robert in the vill of Swanyngton [Swannington], with wards, marriages, escheats and all other things appertaining to those services, which Richard, son of Robert holds of Robert for the term of his life, and which after Richard's death are to revert to Robert and his heirs, with remainder to the earl and his heirs or assigns. To hold to the earl and his heirs and assigns of the chief lords of the fee by the services due and accustomed forever.
