Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: The homage and service which John de Lodebrok was held and accustomed to do to Thomas for the lands and tenements which John held of Thomas in chief. To hold to Edmund and his heirs or assigns together with all those things which could pertain to Thomas or his heirs by reason of that homage and service without any reclaim by Thomas or his heirs forever. For this quitclaim Edmund gave Thomas £20 sterling.
