Second party: Maurice, her brother.
Place or subject: Certain of her lands with buildings in the hot street (calido vico) of Leycestre [Leicester], namely that which her father bought from Richard Stori, just as it contains itself in length and width, and her whole right and claim thereof. To hold to Maurice and his heirs of Simon Surlevache and his heirs by the free service of 12d and four hens a year for all services. For this quitclaim Maurice gave Ala two marks in advance.
