First party: William, master of the hospital of St John of Leicester, and the brothers and sisters of the same hospital.
Second party: Edmund, the king's brother, earl of Leicester [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: All sheaves of corn, namely two thraves from every type of corn, which William and the brothers were accustomed to receive from their alms and from the alms of his ancestors, at the door of their grange in their manor of Leycestre [Leicester]. For this quitclaim Edmund gave the master and brothers 5s of yearly rent in Leicester to the aid of the hospital in recompence for those sheaves forever.
