First party: Master Ralph de Bannebur' [Banbury].
Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: The whole manor and borough of Hynkele [Hinckley] with view of frankpledge and all other its appurtenances. Which manor Edmund had given to Ralph for the term of his life by his charter, which he handed over to him with the same manor. To hold to Edmund and his heirs from henceforth quit from all right and claim of Ralph. For this quitclaim Edmund gave Ralph £80 sterling.
