Folio: 48v. Leicestershire. Quitclaim.
First party: Geoffrey Pinsun of Hynkeleye [Hinckley].
Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: His whole right and claim in one half virgate of land which William Russell of Brouton [Broughton] and Emma Rondolf, his wife, held of Geoffrey, as in the homages and services of 3s of yearly rent, which Geoffrey was accustomed to receive by the hands of William Russell and Emma his wife, and in all other escheats which could fall in to him. To hold to Edmund, his heirs and assigns forever.
