Folio: 48. Leicestershire. Quitclaim.

First party: Alice, relict of Richard de Donyngton [Donington] of Leycestre [Leicester] the elder.

Second party: Henry, earl of Lancaster.

Place or subject: The whole action which Alice had or could have both by reason of dower and also of any other title in a certain place called le Boyshalle in the parish of St Mary, Leicester, next to the castle of the same vill.

County: [Leicestershire].

Additional people: Witnesses: John Martyn, then mayor of Leycestre [Leicester]; William le Cloune, then bailiff; John Alsy; William de Goutheby; Robert de Foston; and Adam the clerk.

Dated at Leycestre [Leicester].
