First party: Henry de Rottele, abbot of the church of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Pratis [St Mary de Pratis], Leicester, and the convent there.
Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: All their right and claim in one toft which was formerly of Nicholas Peticunseyl, vicar of the church of St Clement, Leicester, with the churchyard and church of the same saint in Leycestre [Leicester], and in 6d of annual rent which the abbot and convent received from the gift of Lawrence Oliver in Leicester with appurtenances. To hold to Edmund and his heirs or to whomsoever he wishes to give or assign the premises, well, in peace, freely and quietly forever without any challenge of the abbot and convent in the future.
