Second party: Thomas de Meynill [Mesnil].
Place or subject: The manor of Baggeworth [Bagworth] with all appurtenances and the manor of Thornton with all appurtenances. To hold of the earl and his heirs to Thomas and his heirs freely, quietly and entirely until the earl or his heirs have assigned to Thomas or his heirs £30 of land according to a reasonable extent of the realm of England, doing to the earl and his heirs the service of one knight's fee for all services and demands.
