Place or subject: Whatever right Amaury, count of Montfort, constable of France, had or could have in England, and Amaury acquits to John and his heirs whatever right he had or could have in that which Simon, earl of Montfort, his grandfather, and Amaury, his brother, held in France. In such a way that neither Simon in France nor John in England nor their heirs can reclaim anything from henceforth except by right of escheat.
