Second party: Margaret de Lascy [Lacy], countess of Lincoln and Pembroke.
Place or subject: The customs and services which Geoffrey, son of Simon de Billers of Newbaud [Newbold], owed to Alice and her heirs from the lands and tenements, of which Alice enfeoffed Geoffrey and his heirs or assigns in the vill of Parva Limberge [Limber Parva]. Geoffrey and his heirs are to hold from henceforth those lands and tenements in chief from the countess and her heirs without any other means forever.
