Second party: Henry de Lascy [Lacy], earl of Lincoln.
Place or subject: His whole right and claim in all tenements with appurtenances, of which the earl was seised on the day of the completion of these presents. Also eight acres of land and half a bovate of land, which Beatrice, formerly the wife of Alan Hardy of Horbling, holds of William for her life, and which after her decease ought to revert to William and his heirs, should remain forever to the earl and his heirs after her decease.
