Place or subject: The earl orders Peter that, once seisin has been received of the earl's lands and tenements from Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster], he is to cause Hamo Lestrange (Extraneo) to have the same seisin that Hamo, Henry of Almain and the earl's other mainpernors attorned to receive that seisin in their place and keep it to their use, until the earl has made satisfaction to Edmund for his ransom, according to the covenants contained in deeds between the earl and his mainpernors.
