Folio: 13v. Derby; Ferrers. Grant.
First party: Alexander de Sarnebroc.
Second party: William de Ferrers.
Place or subject: Alexander grants for himself and his heirs forever that he and his heirs will pay yearly to William and his heirs 6d for the land which Alexander holds in the fields of Russinden [Rushden], at the two terms of the year, namely 3d at Michaelmas and 3d at Easter. If Alexander defaults in the payment of 6d at those terms, he grants for himself and his heirs forever that they will be distrained by chattels found in that land until those 6d are paid to William and his heirs.
