Place or subject: Thirty acres of land with appurtenances in the vills of Wymundham [Wymondham] and Thorp and in the territories of the same. To hold of Robert Payn and his heirs to the earl and his heirs or assigns in fee and inheritance freely, quietly, entirely, well and in peace with all liberties, easements and free customs pertaining to that land without any reservation, paying for this yearly to Robert Payn and his heirs at Easter one penny of silver for all things, saving foreign service, as far as it pertains to that land.
