To hold in fee and inheritance of the earl and his heirs freely and quietly, doing to the earl and his heirs the service of one knight's fee for all services pertaining to the him and his heirs, saving foreign service. And it is to be known that, when the earl's manor of Stanford will be delivered, Hubert de Burgh and his heirs are to hand over the whole lands in Northamptonshire to the earl and his heirs quit, and they are to receive in that manor of Stanford [Stanford in the Vale] a reasonable exchange to the value of those lands.
