First party: Leodegar, son of Thomas de Derleye [Darley].
Second party: Henry, son of Henry de Brailisford [Brailsford], William de Addredeleye, and William, son of Engenulf de Braylisford [Brailsford].
Place or subject: The whole of that land which Geoffrey de Childewik bought from Adam, son of Robert de Sceldeford [Shelford], which Leodegar has from the feoffment of Robert de Ferrers, earl of Derby, which is called le Maysterruyding below le Maunselparc [Mansellpark]. To hold to Henry, William and William and their heirs or assigns freely, quietly, peacefully and entirely in fee and inheritance, as freely as Geoffrey de Scildewik ever held that land, and with all those liberties, paying for this yearly to Leodegar and his heirs one rose at the feast of St John the Baptist for all things.
