Place or subject: One bovate of land in the territory of Stapilford [Stapleford], namely that which Ivo held of John Goram. To hold to Robert and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, peacefully, entirely, well and in peace with all liberties, free commons and easements pertaining to the said land, paying for this 8d annually to the chief lord of the fee at the accustomed terms for all services, customs and demands pertaining to Ivo and his heirs.
