First party: Raymond, son of Richard son of Pain.
Second party: William de Ferrers.
Place or subject: The whole of the land which Thomas son of Reginald held of Raymond in the vill of Stubbing, namely that field called Burefeld and two small crofts which were of Robert le Bret, with all appurtenances and with Thomas's homage and service. To hold to William and his heirs in such a way that neither Raymond nor his heirs can challenge in that land henceforth. For this quitclaim William gave Raymond 10 marks sterling.
