First party: John Owayn, son of Robert Owayn in Mercington [Marchington].
Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: John's mill of le Redeforde, which is in the manor of Mercington [Marchington], with the site, pond, maintenance and suit and with all other appurtenances. To hold to Edmund and his heirs or assigns of the chief lord of that fee freely, quietly and by inheritance without any claim of right by John or his heirs forever.
County: [Staffordshire].
