Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: Henry's watermills of Irencestre [Irchester] called Dichforde Mulnes, with the site, pond, holms and suit and all other things pertaining to them. To hold to Edmund and his heirs or assigns of the chief lords of the fee freely, quietly, well, in peace, entirely and by right of inheritance forever, doing to the chief lords of the fee the services due and accustomed. For this grant Edmund gave to Henry 30 marks of silver in advance.
