Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: Eight acres of land lying altogether in the territory of Mercington [Marchington] in an assart called Luthurst, which Walter held of him in chief. To hold to Edmund and his heirs and assigns entirely, freely and in inheritance without any reclaim or impediment by Walter or his heirs forever.
County: [Staffordshire].
