Second party: Thomas Howeyn of Mercinton [Marchington].
Place or subject: The earl has attorned Thomas to pay yearly to Anketill de Folleville, knight, two marks of the two and a half marks he was accustomed to pay to the earl for the land and mill which he holds of the earl in the vill of Mercinton [Marchington]. In such a way that Thomas and his heirs are to pay these two marks to Anketill and his heirs forever at the two terms of the year, namely one mark at Michaelmas and one mark at the feast of St Mary in March.
