Place or subject: Two marks of rent to be received yearly by the hands of Thomas Oweyn and his heirs from the farm of the land and mill which he holds of the earl in the vill of Mercinton [Marchington], namely one mark at Michaelmas and another mark at the feast of St Mary in March. To hold to Anketill and his heirs of the earl and his heirs, paying yearly to the earl and his heirs one half penny at Easter for all service pertaining to the earl or his heirs.
