Place or subject: All his mills of Russindene [Rushden] with the whole suit and with lands, meadows and pastures and all other appurtenances pertaining to the mills without any reservation. To hold to Edmund and his heirs or assigns of the chief lords of that fee freely, quietly, well and in peace with all liberties, customs and easements by the services thereupon due forever. If Edmund or his heirs or assigns are impleaded over those mills, William and his heirs shall warrant the mills against all men forever.
