Captured ship: Martha (master Peter M'Intosh).
History: a British vessel, bound from London to New York, laden with provisions taken, retaken; and brought into Halifax.
Appellant: Samuel Bean and George Mackereth merchants of London, for the cargo.
Respondent: The captor.
