Printed prize appeal from the High Court of Admiralty.
Captured ship: Concordia (master Johann Joachim Kreplien).
History: a Swedish vessel, bound from Aalborg to Bordeaux, laden with salted beef; taken on 24 January 1779 by the privateer Active (William Watson commanding) and brought into Falmouth.
Appellant: George Wolff on behalf of Christen Ryberg and others merchants of Aalborg.
Respondent: The captor.
Bound printed appeal with manuscript decree of 15 April 1780.
