Folio 222: Enclosure with folios 175-176. Charles Ingles, HMS Buffalo, Sydney to Captain Colnett, March 1803. Extreme plea expressing his absolute innocence of this abominable crime and begs him to consider him not guilty until it is proved as his life has been ruined.
Folio 223: enclosure with folios 175-176. James Colnett, Philip King, to James Robinson, Officiating Judge, Sydney, 29 March 1803. They support the charges by him against Marine Pat Archibald and Alexander Forsyth on HMS Buffalo and there is the case for a Courts Martial which cannot be held here so that all concerned should be sent to England.
